I chose this video because it was simple and didn't have a specific point to it, but at the same time was able to catch my attention and interest me with something so basic.
Their experimental cause their going from regular video and slowly transferring it into a "drawing". While at the same time only showing someone walking.

How are they experimental?
They are experimental cause their taking something so simple or something most people would just shoot and call a movie and turn it from real life video, into almost a "cartoonish" look.

These videos are going to influence me because they show that no matter if the video is something basic or something complicated, it can be turned into something better and different.
What is your idea for your one minute rotoscope sequence?
I want to do something that involves something I truly believe in and or have a passion for. Like music, art, etc.
How animated/hand drawn or not will it be? Think photoshop and what techniques you might use.
My project is going to be a little more animated, because I would like to use a some more effects that can't be don't with just props
How will it be experimental?
It wil be experimental because I want to make something that not most people would "film". Make it something more interesting to me, and take something "different" and almost give it a completely new meaning.
How might this sequence feed into a fuller movie?
I plan on it being the part of a "movie" that has the deepest meaning. Like when someone dies in a movie or a family is reunited after being apart for so long.
Why is rotoscoping the sequence a good technique choice?
Because you take a regular video and turn it into almost just an animated cartoon. All from a real person acting everything out.
